About Our Studio
THE WORKOUT 1 session pays for one 20-30 minute workout.
The studio is focused around a one-on-one strength training program using proven safe and effective slow movement method. Focused on helping you become stronger and healthier in just Once or Twice Weekly- 20 Minute Sessions. High Intensity Slow Movement Training produces greater results in less time, with low risk of injury. Using specialized equipment this method is pure muscle loading, no momentum, acceleration, or force while moving at super slow speeds. Safe and customized to be the perfect fit for you and your goals. You can expect a boost to your metabolism, increased strength, and improved well being in just a few sessions. The best part, you can do it in your regular clothes, making it easy to fit into your busy day.

Taking a client-centered, relational approach to working with individuals collaboratively to address the health and wellbeing of the whole person. We have an extensive “tool box” to pick from when developing a program that best meets your goals. So whether its getting out of pain, or loosing weight we can write the RX for your plan and not have to sell you a number of different services. We have experts in Pilates, Stretching, Nutrition and Integrative Health Coaching. We have therapies that range from Deep Tissue Hot Laser to Ion Cleanse Foot Baths, and so much more. We take the time to help you navigate what will be best for you given your health and goals.
FIT START: A Comprehensive Look At You and Your Goals
On your first appointment we will get a glimpse at your full physical health within a thorough consultation in order to determine all of your safety needs as well as on your second appointment we will get your full bodily assessment of where you are now and where you want to be so that we can determine your PLAN and your GOALS!!
Consultation: Review of intake forms and information provided regarding TruFIT facility practices and procedures as well as belief systems.
Assessment: Gathering of facts and data according to your comfort level, all of which could include: Questionnaire, Weight, BMI, Body Fat Percentage, Inches, Measurements, and recent/current Blood Work.
